ONLINE HEALTHCARE CQC REGISTRATION
CQC Registration for Online GP and Telehealth Services

Launching an online GP service, online clinic or telehealth platform in England involves more than completing a CQC application form. Your regulated activities, registered location, Statement of Purpose, prescribing arrangements, patient identity checks, clinical records, data security and leadership must all be accurate and consistent with how your service will actually work online.
I provide specialist CQC registration support for online and remote healthcare providers, drawing on more than 12 years of experience working for CQC, including the inspection and regulation of primary care and independent healthcare services.

WHO IT IS FOR
What Does CQC Look For in a New Online Healthcare Provider?
REQUIREMENTS
Online GP and telehealth services in England must complete CQC registration before they start, usually for treatment of disease, disorder or injury and, depending on the service, diagnostic and screening procedures. CQC then checks that your service is ready to keep patients safe, even when you never meet them in person.
I can help you work out which of these apply and build a clear registration checklist.
